Pastry Shells

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Heat water and butter to rolling boil, then stir in the flour.
 Over low heat, stir vigorously for about a minute. Mixture will form into a ball

Remove from heat.

Beat in eggs, all at once until smooth.

Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls ( I used ice cream scoop) three inches apart on ungreased baking sheet ( I used parchment paper on my cookie sheet)  Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes until puffed and golden

yields about a dozen let cool then cut off tops. Pull out any filaments of dough. (I left them in they taste to good to waste)

Spoon pudding flavor of your choice sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
