Hamburger buns

Use the recipe in getting started  http://3900bread.blogspot.com/p/getting-started.html

I have found a special way of making each hamburger bun the same size.

using 1/2 cup measuring; put in a blob of dough.

Then using a hamburger press to press them round like a bun.

Let them rise 20 minutes;  Bake 375 for approx 45 min.

I use a cookie sheet
